Preconfiguration of a future architectural universe, applications, the implementation of the structures of the Reoarchitecture
In the insolvent field, such as that of the universe of the non-orientable enantiomorphic surfaces of the Reoarchitecture, the guiding idea was to
find a vocabulary of a different bill than the current one, hoping that, on this basis, it would create an aesthetic dialogue between the spectator of
the object of architecture and the object itself.
The model of the image presents a multifunctional application system: A residential unit constituted on a "spatial structure" for buildings
(owns the patent OSIM - 1996) an evolutionary constructive process consisting of vertical towers and horizontal galleries. Ordination around the towers
is done by an ascending spiral, clockwise (dextrogir) or vice versa (sinistrogir).
The architectural ensemble presented is an alternative for residential complexes, especially high standard homes. The system allows building on
uneven landscapes, offering, besides ambient diversity, the feeling of a life in perpetual performance, in direct connection with the elements of nature.
In the structures so formed, the group of horizontal galleries, designed for simple, duplex or triplex apartments, the terraces benefit from
several important advantages: triple orientation, light and natural ventilation for all spaces that ensure contact with nature, double access and
evacuation, sound insulation , due to galleries gap, etc.
The towers group the vertical movement: stairs, lifts, also wet rooms: kitchens, bathrooms, sanitary water, sewerage, thermal, electric, gas,
exhaust, waste, etc. Towers can also be designed for studios, small apartments.
